Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with clients who are in need of litigation funding. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining client/ attorney relationships, and driving relationship growth.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with new applications.
- Gather and obtain new client information for underwriting review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new attorney offices to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and achieve and maintain relationships.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, to stay organized and keep track of activities and manage client/ law firm information.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development or sales is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
