Position Summary:
FRSecure is currently searching for a BDR Manager whose primary responsibility is leading the Business Development Representative team. The BDR Manager provides guidance, and develops tools and processes, while professionally coaching and improving the team’s skills.


Working Location:
Qualified candidates will work out of the headquarter office in Edina, MN.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Leading and developing a team of Business Development Representatives that generate leads for the Sales team
  • Developing effective onboarding and training for the Sales team
  • Developing and retaining top talent
  • Contribute to the development of sales, products, and services knowledge as well as industry skills of each team member
  • Providing the team with regular coaching, feedback, and professional development
  • Regularly reporting out on team and individual results
  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Developing and leading outbound campaigns from idea-generation to qualified meetings

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% during busy times.

Requirements:

What You Bring to This Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior sales, marketing, or call-center experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the high-growth sales space as both an SDR/BDR and/or Account Executive strongly preferred
  • Experiencing managing or leading team members is required
  • Consistent track record of top performance as an individual contributor
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Outreach or similar sales engagement tools
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize and multi-task on the fly
  • Strong emotional intelligence skills
  • Resourceful, creative, and strategic in order to troubleshoot problems
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which the requirements are not always well defined and priorities change frequently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation

Salary: FRSecure believes in and operates with equitable hiring practices. The estimated starting base salary range for the BDR Manager position is between $67,000-85,000, not including any bonus, incentive commission, or benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the defined salary range for the position across the United States. Within the range, pay offered is determined by a variety of factors that include but are not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
