Bridge Medical Neurology Consultants is a comprehensive neurology practice that offers in-depth and personalized consultations and advanced in-house neuro-diagnostic procedures for the management and treatment of a range of conditions. Dr. Said Ibrahimi, M.D. Q.M.E, has over 14 years of experience as a leading board-certified neurologist with a subspecialty in Brain Injury Medicine, tending to his expansive cohort of Adult patients, and additionally providing care for Personal Injury (P.I.) and Worker’s Compensation cases. With his extensive training and sub-speciality, Dr. Ibrahimi specializes in the treatment and management of conditions such as strokes, TIAs, dementia, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s Disease, epilepsy, nerve and muscle dysfunction, and many more. As a Qualified Medical Examiner (Q.M.E.) Dr. Ibrahimi also offers medical-legal services such as Independent Medical Examinations, and Expert Witness Review.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and hard working Medical Service Sales Representative to join our office and help grow and maintain our referral network across the Bay Area! The ideal candidate would posses a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a related field, and would be able to independently promote and maintain excellent working relationships between inter-disciplinary specialty clinics and our own Neurodiagnostic Centers. The candidate must posses good communication skills (writing, typing, and phone etiquette), and it is preferable that the candidate also posses some basic knowledge on healthcare policies and procedures, social media, and Neurodiagnostic studies. While it is not necessary that this experience be in a Neurology-focused setting, it is a bonus.
New graduateswho are eager to learn and gain experience are welcome to apply, we will provide on-site and hands-on training!
Responsibilities:
- Independently market our new Neurodiagnostic Centers by traveling between provider's offices and increasing awareness on the in-house diagnostic procedures we offer, their benefits, and the process by which referrals can be sent.
- Identify and target potential customers in the medical field, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices
- Answer phones, emails, faxes, and other modes of communication regarding our Centers.
- Conduct presentations and potential demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Maintain healthy referral relationships between providers on our roster, and address any possible questions or concerns.
- Create and maintain an online social media presence through platforms such as, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, our personal websites, and more!
- Keep an excellent and legible record of all relevant information regarding our referral roster and social media accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new developments

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and build long-term relationships
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and other office software
- Knowledge of medical sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
