Our company is a fast-paced, rapidly growing business looking for a positive and team-oriented individual to aide us in retaining long-term customer loyalty and assist in building new relationships. You don’t need to know anything about cabinets or have any experience in customer service! A consistent positive attitude and ability to work with others are the only requirements for this position!
Daily responsibilities include:
- Working closely with team members to learn our product and process in order to understand how we can best service our customers’ needs
- Speaking with customers via in-person communication, phone, and/or email
- Utilizing backend information systems to communicate accurate order data to our customers
- Processing warranty requests with the help of team members and management to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Handling administrative tasks that allow our operations team to receive the needed production information
