Burrow Global is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager.
This individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our company in the fields of EPC, engineering, automation, plant services, I&E construction, and buildings & architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and cold calling.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and optimize the sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the specified industries.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other relevant sales tools.
- Exceptional cold-calling skills with a demonstrated ability to generate new business.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Hyper self-starter with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Understanding of EPC, engineering, automation, plant services, I&E construction, and buildings & architecture industries.
