JOB DESCRIPTION
DomeTag is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Account Manager to work with existing customers, convert incoming warm leads to long-term customers, and prospect for new business.
In this position you will work with Marketers, Product Managers, and Business Owners from across the country in a diverse range of industries, helping them to fulfill needs in both product branding and promotion.
You will be operating from our Salt Lake City office, working with customers primarily over the phone and through email. This is a salaried position requiring at least 40 hours a week.

Domed labels are used to add durability and dimension to packaging, promotional media, and durable goods. DomeTag has an established base of national customers and is currently the most recognized brand in our product category.
Some of the things that make DomeTag unique is our focus on just doming, fast turnaround times, and ease of ordering a custom, made-to-order product. In addition, customers love our proprietary “Elephant Snot” adhesive which can stand up to even the toughest branding requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow and maintain business with existing national customer base primarily by phone and email
- Evaluate, qualify, and handle incoming leads
- Prospect for new business
- Prioritize accounts and opportunities to produce best results
- Work with CRM to track all open leads and activities
- Contact prospects and current customers by phone and email
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent phone communication and the ability to write professional, creative emails
- A natural ability to develop rapport and relate to customers in many industries
- Knowledge of B2B sales process and customer journey
- Familiarity with printing industry, product branding, and promotion a plus
- Proven sales success
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
