As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in interfacing with our customers and driving sales results. This position involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
Responsibilities:
- Have the passion to work in the pet industry.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Tiktok, etc) with professionalism and warmth.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommend products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs and reviewing product specifications.
- Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Promote and boost sales to meet sales targets.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Stay current on company promotions, policies, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone and online contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Known well about social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc).
- Well organized with superior time management skills; extremely high attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Sales experience is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
