Job Description & Responsibilities
The Keyholder will report to and assist the Store Manager in day-to-day sales & operations of the store. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Achieving daily & monthly sales targets
- Executing Makers Market Sales & Clienteling procedures, including welcoming customers, assist with product selection, provide product knowledge of our makers, encourage customers to sign up for email lists to stay up-to-date on our store markets, events, and promotions
- Opening and closing the store
- Daily cash reconciliation
- Receiving and verifying incoming merchandise
- Execute transfers of product from store to store
- Merchandising product as outlined in our Merchandising Standards
- Uphold all Makers Market Policies & Procedures
- Be a brand ambassador!
- Other tasks assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and/or the Makers Market executive team
Job Requirements
- Must have a passion for Made in America and/or handmade products
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to take responsibility and execute
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, reliable, and dedicated
- Open availability preferred

Salary: $16 - $19/hour depending on experience
