Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager in the Restoration Industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders. By identifying new opportunities, managing client accounts, and promoting the company’s restoration services, you contribute directly to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new clients, including insurance adjusters, property managers, and general contractors.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand visibility and establish credibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver seamless restoration services from initial consultation to project completion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to clients’ specific needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing ongoing support and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Track and report on sales performance, client engagement, and market activity.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including the development of promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within the restoration or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong knowledge of restoration services, including water, fire, wind, mold, and environmental damage recovery.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims processes and working with insurance professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to commute/relocate: Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay:$90,000-$100,000
