Job Description

The role provides direction in the development, implementation, and communication of processes and standards on EU AI Act. The role will also provide technical guidance on how to use the information available in the selected tool to assess key risks and controls as per client’s framework and policy. Therefore, the candidate is expected to bring extensive experience in IT security, regulatory compliance coordination and in-depth industry knowledge of third party risk management. A Business Analyst who will work with the Project Team and well versed in conducting legal and regulatory gaps assessments and implementation, along with a strong knowledge on Automation (Artificial Intelligence). This along with a sound knowledge of Legal and Regulatory aspects and Information Risk Management would essentially be the expectations.

Key activities include the following:

5-10 years IT or Compliance Professional or Business Analyst with experience in IT Compliance (specifically Risk Management, Compliance, Legal & Regulatory requirements for IT)
Project Manager experience +5 years
IT Legal & Regulatory knowledge with a focus on financial regulations – specifically AI
Understanding of IT Control Frameworks – preferably COBIT
Practical experience in mapping Legal and Regulatory requirements to IT Control Frameworks and defining control requirements
Experience managing and implementing changes to IT processes required because of financial regulation
Broad understanding of IT solutions & technologies (AI Capability & Application)
Deep understanding of Automation processes and technology used for automation
Collaborating with stakeholders, business partners to develop appropriate policies and procedures, tools and templates, and collateral materials to facilitate effective and efficient assessments
Actively engaging all stakeholders related to EU AI Act

Primary Skill Set

Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Risk Management and Assurance Processes
Prior experience in working with external information and cyber security data from market standard SaaS solutions
Interpreting external information/cyber security data to Risk Management and Assurance Frameworks
