Job Description
Job Purpose:
Achieve annual booking targets in assigned markets and territories while maintaining company pricing standards. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Bookings: Meet annual sales targets by closing projects at predetermined levels. Actively manage and follow up on quotes to maximize bookings.
- Customer Engagement: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients by addressing concerns, understanding needs, and providing effective solutions.
- Market Development: Identify new opportunities in assigned markets and promptly follow up on leads to ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Technical Expertise: Conduct site surveys, assess mechanical systems, and recommend modifications or replacements to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Pricing & Documentation: Accurately estimate costs, apply pricing standards, and ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and timely.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in sales or HVAC-related project management.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with HVAC systems.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, customer-focused, team-oriented, and adaptable.
Working Conditions: Office and field-based, with exposure to varying temperatures on rooftops.
