What We Do:

At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 19 years of experience and 16 different locations. s.

Compensation:

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 12% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. You will receive 6 Weeks of onboarding pay $3,000 + commission, bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Travel to predetermined areas that have recently experienced storm damage and assesses damage on single-family roofs
• Build relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners' expectations and enhance their experience during the insurance and construction process
• Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements.
• Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success
• Attend weekly sales meetings.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Excellent communication
• Drive to control your own income
• Goal-driven and self-motivated!
• Flexible schedule
• 2 year sales experience, D2D, retail, or customer service
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops

Note: Our sales reps are trained to close. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 6 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role.
