Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling skincare products to customers, providing expert beauty advice, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of beauty products and trends, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell skincare products to customers, providing detailed information and demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable beauty products.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Manage inventory

- Set up promotional displays and organize special sale events.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Beauty Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
