Job Title: Family Service Representative, Salesperson, Sales Representative Location: Calvary Cemetery, Cleveland

Job Summary: The Catholic Cemeteries Association is looking for a kind, compassionate candidate, one who has the desire to help others, even during difficult times. You will be offering support and guidance to individuals and families who have experienced a loss or who are planning burial arrangements in advance. These decisions may be some of the most difficult decisions an individual may make in their lives, and you will be there for them at every step. Duties/Responsibilities: •Provide caring and compassionate support to families in need of burial planning assistance or bereavement support. •Educate and assist families with the burial pre-planning process. •Respond to inquiries from families, visitors, and funeral directors. •Assist families with memorialization options and design. Education and Experience: •College degree preferred •Professional sales experience preferred. •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
