ProSlide is looking for a client-focused Sales Enablement and Operations Coordinator to join our Sales Enablement and Operations Team at our Head Office in Ottawa. Working closely with our Global Sales Team, the Sales Enablement and Operations Coordinator will play a key role in equipping the Sales Team with assets and practices needed throughout the sales process and strategically aligning them behind a common goal: sales success! The Sales Enablement and Operations Coordinator will also support the Global Sales team to run smoothly and efficiently by managing all the non-selling, yet critical, aspects of the sales process and technologies. This is a multi-faceted position and ideal for a candidate who is highly-organized, detail-orientated and enjoys ensuring all deliverables are high quality and on time.


What You’ll Do


You will have a diverse range of activities and assist in the day-to-day execution of sales activities, including:


  • Review client requirements and scope and prepare and communicate an outline and schedule to facilitate the proposal process, ensuring a timely, responsive and compliant bid response.
  • Participate in internal meetings with project teams, generating meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate the assignment, collection, organization and creation of client-facing, cohesive, graphics-intensive proposals and presentations using branded templates, including document formatting and quality assurance.
  • Monitor and qualify sales leads, as required.
  • Create, maintain and update Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipeline in Salesforce (with Sales VPs).
  • Run dashboard/reports for ongoing review and be the epicenter of knowledge on opportunity statuses.
  • Compile standard sales agreements using templates and standard terms and conditions.
  • For non-standard agreements, coordinate and support our Contracts & Compliance Team, as needed with scope, payment terms and schedule.
  • Manage the agreement review process with internal teams for multiple agreements, simultaneously and be responsible for editing the scope of work, payment terms and project schedule.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, processes and be a trusted partner to our global sales team.
  • Assist in the maintenance and improvement of processes, templates and content, as required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:


  • Post-secondary education, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications or similar discipline.
  • 3+ years of coordination or administration experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering and collaborating with Sales.
  • Understanding of the sales process, specifically in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Passion for delivering excellence, superior service and added value to both internal and external
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build solid relationships and work as part of a team.
  • Go-getter with demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills and follow through.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Natural ability to thrive in high-intensity, dynamic and fast-paced environment, and successfully manage, and possibly adjust, multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • High proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams.
  • Adobe InDesign experience an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
