Job Description:
As an Automotive Digital Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and responding to online inquiries, engaging with potential customers through various digital channels, and collaborating with the Sales Team to close deals. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Promptly respond to incoming online inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
· Effectively manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-ups.
· Utilize multiple tools to track and maintain customer interactions.
· Stay updated on the features and specifications of our vehicle inventory.
· Clearly communicate product information and benefits to potential customers.
· Build rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening.
· Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and exciting buying experience.
· Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
· Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall dealership goals.
· Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Produce consistent, profitable sales revenue growth.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales required. Automotive experience welcome, but not preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
· Proficient in using sales-related software.
· Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.

Salary Range:
· $48,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
