As the number one sales volume dealer in Texas for 3 straight years we provide an unmatched opportunity to succeed. No previous sales experience is required we provide you with all the training. In addition to paid training we are proud to offer our Automotive Sales Associates an excellent compensation starting with a $4k monthly guarantee for 90 days and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

· Sales Associates spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options

· Sales Associates commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology

· Sales Associates test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features

· Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles

· Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail/text

· Support on-line customers by setting appointments

· Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Job Requirements:

· The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.

· Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience

· Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career, not just a job

· Dynamic, with an outgoing personality and expertise at developing relationships “people person"

· Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency

· Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

· Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through

· Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours

· Valid U.S. Driver's license and a clean driving record

· Bilingual (spanish) a plus

** All applicants must pass pre- employment testing to include: background checks, Motor Vehicle Report and drug testing in order to qualify for employment**
