Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent negotiation skills, strong customer service abilities, and a passion for technical sales.
The product you would be respresenting are IAC Acoustics' range of acoustical products. Specifically acoustic doors, windows, studios, and industrial enclosures. As part of this role you will present to architects and acoustical consultants, along with quoting activites to potential clients, and then attend site to witness the install.
Texas is a new territory we are expanding in to. The candidate would be trained in our VA offices for several weeks, then have in-territory training. As such, in the immediate future it would be work from home, until such time an office space became necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within your assigned territory
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional account management and customer service
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our range of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business development opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products in the market
- Potentially attend conctrstruction sites to demonstate/supervise installation of products, to ensure product success post-installation
Skills:
- Proven track record in outside sales or territory management
- Construction/On-site experience
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Technical sales experience, preferably in door & hardware or acoustic products
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively market and promote products to potential customers
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
