Position OverviewOur focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors and communities. As an Item/Eaches Selector, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient selection of general merchandise products for shipment to stores. This work is light distribution in a friendly atmosphere where safety is a high priority. Our new warehouse is designed to reduce heavy lifting and involves minimal physical requirements.

Earn $21.00 per hour
1st Shift, Full time
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
You will contribute by:
Accurately listen to voice commands and select orders from racks or stock
Visually inspect products for damage or improper packaging
Work at a steady pace, correctly identifying and counting items
Place order into totes and place on conveyors
Assist in stocking functions; cutting boxes open and placing into inventory locations
Work in safe and effective manner; keep work area clean and sanitary
What’s a great way to stay in shape?
Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
