Seeking
We are currently hiring a Senior Account Executive who can perform at a high level and assist us in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by maintaining our company's competitiveness and innovation. As our company is expanding quickly, we are searching for energetic and enthusiastic Account Executives who possess natural sales skills and a passion for selling. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a competitive spirit.
Reports to
Interim Sales Manager
Responsibilities
· Assist in developing a strategic business plan with the sales team that expands the company’s customer base and drives profitable revenue growth.
· Achieve monthly KPI’s and sales targets.
· Extensive knowledge of various RF technologies, including P25, DMR and Tetra.
· Working closely with Pre-Sale Engineering on Advanced Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
· Create engaging and informative sales presentations for product solutions and cross-sell opportunities.
· Research competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
· Working closely with Manufacturer Partners to stay informed of product developments, sales, and support initiatives.
· Work closely with our Systems, PMO, and Engineering departments to develop integrated technology solutions for our customers.
· Attend tradeshows and training events.
· Manage customer activity with CRM tool for maximum efficiency and visibility.
· Prospect, cold call, and close business with new and existing accounts.
· Adhere to company policies.
Requirements
· Post Secondary education in business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
· Excellent sales abilities and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the RF Industry is considered an asset.
- Career driver, self-directed, fast learner.
- Able to work autonomously and well under pressure.
- Cultivates strong, trust-based relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
· Strong business sense and industry expertise
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
