The Account Executive

As a member of our Niche Markets team, the Account Executive for the Beauty and Wellness Market is responsible for building and optimizing the sales funnel, as well as prospecting and engaging accounts to maximize existing opportunities and develop new ones for our Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP®) Technology.

A day in the life of an Account Executive might include…

  • Engaging prospects at tradeshows and by phone.
  • Qualifying opportunities and managing the sales cycle.
  • Conducting account reviews, assessing client needs and proposing solutions to secure new material business to increase the share of customer.
  • Leveraging CRM to manage, track and monitor the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Developing and implementing key account action plans to maximize efforts and results within the Beauty and Wellness Market.
  • Supporting the execution of aligned distribution strategies to drive penetration and growth of AHP® products.
  • Assisting in compatibility alliance initiatives to aid in the introduction of AHP® products and to optimize industry partnerships.
  • Assisting with conducting market research to help inform strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Other projects and duties, as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

  • Post Secondary Education in Business, Science, and/or Science and 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development role; or the equivalent of 2 years experience in a direct sales, inside sales, or similar B2B sales role.
  • Business acumen, and knowledge of infection control, massage therapy and/or aesthetics.
  • Experience using a CRM system to track and monitor efforts.
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Products such as: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form and act as a representative for the Company.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with mid-level management.
  • Ability to demonstrate active listening and empathy to assess and support customer needs.
  • Demonstrated resilience under pressure and ability to manage setbacks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on and support multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, recall product specifications, and adherence to processes.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met and service levels are maintained.
  • Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours to attend tradeshows and client meetings in the U.S.
