Catering Supervisor - Chick-fil-A Northlake

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering/Outside Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with our Director of Catering on aspects of catering and outside sales operations. You will work closely with our catering and kitchen team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering and outside sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the catering and outside sales operations, including the coordination of events, sales planning, and customer relationship management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
• Train and mentor catering and sales staff to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess individual and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in catering and outside sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
