We’re looking for energetic individuals with strong sales skills to engage the community, drive foot traffic, and excite customers about our premium CBD products at our Southington, CT location. High proficiency in customer service is essential to ensure a seamless experience and foster lasting relationships with Your CBD Store® | SunMed™.

Responsibilities for SunMed Sales Representative will include but not limited to:

· Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Educating customers about the benefits and uses of our CBD products

· Assisting customers in selecting the right products to fit their needs and preferences, while considering the average ticket value

· Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment

· Adhering to all store policies, procedures, and safety standards

· Staying up to date on industry trends and product knowledge

· Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, including quotas and average ticket value.

· Collaborating with team members to create a positive and enjoyable work environment.

· Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute them with accuracy, in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

· Maintain a neat and organized appearance- following company dress code guidelines.

· Participate in seasonal in-depth inventory and quality assurance checks for all locations.

· CBD or cannabis industry experience is not required, but we love to see it.

Requirements:

· Active selling experience

· Weekend hours required

· Reliable transportation

· Physical demands include frequently standing for long periods of time; walking; ability to reach above or below shoulders, twist at the waist, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, climb and balance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 39 per week
