We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative (English-Spanish) to join our team and offer our cleaning services to potential clients. The ideal candidate should be charismatic, have exceptional communication skills in both languages, and a proactive approach to connecting with clients and building strong business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across various sectors to introduce our cleaning services.
- Conduct presentations and meetings in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain effective and regular communication with current and prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with key clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) – advanced proficiency in both languages (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and a charismatic approach to client interactions.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles (preferably in services).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
