Account Executive – Sales and Customer Relations

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective commercial clients. The ideal candidate will use their in-depth knowledge of our products and services to connect with customers, generate sales, and deliver exceptional service. This role involves cold calling, client consultations, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining accurate documentation, all while helping clients meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to meet business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Estimate costs for equipment installation and service maintenance, and ensure accurate pricing and contract terms.
- Negotiate contracts and sales terms, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Sell telecommunications products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any customer issues related to products, services, or billing.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, utilizing company software to maintain accurate sales records.
- Work with the marketing department to create materials that effectively support business customers and identify target markets for campaigns.
- Represent the company in the community, staying informed on potential economic developments and new markets.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or 6+ years of equivalent sales and customer service experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (telecommunications experience preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet goals independently, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
