As Sr. Sales Enablement, you will be making an impact from day one by training and leveling up the sales organization's knowledge and skill in order to achieve revenue target and collaborating cross functionally with Sales and Marketing leaders as well as C-levels.
Location: Irving, TX (Request to be 5- day onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Training:
- Create effective training objectives aligned to revenue targets and implement them successfully.
- Work all sales functions as well as Marketing to create collaborative training materials and content to replicate winning and successful best practices.
- Collect account, and opportunity information under one single location to help create a repeatable and scalable deal winning process.
2. Onboarding:
- In charge of Sales organization and marketing team's sales enablement training.
- Take ownership of the existing onboarding program and work collaboratively to continuously improve the experience and results of the program.
3. Sales Content and Collateral
- Bridge the gap between product features, marketing messaging, and the value proposition for sales.
- Manage what marketing content should be used at each phase of the sales process to help create sales plays for continued and scalable success.
- Create value based messaging, selling, and training for sales.
4. Analytics
- Utilize data to find bottlenecks where sales are being lost and create training to eliminate the bottlenecks
5. Productivity
- Thoroughly understand and maximize the effectiveness of activities that drive productivity.
- Train the team frequently on improvements to productivity identified through listening to calls, conversations with reps, and collaboration with leaders.
- Maximize sales productivity and time with continued trainings, knowledge, and career development
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in an enablement or sales training role in a SaaS environment.
- Experience using sales enablement platforms, such as SFDC, Gond and Highspot
- Able to think outside of the box and has the mindset of always improving and finding new ways to succeed
- Motivated by helping others be successful and seeing team/reps success
- Strong active listening, written, and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skill
- Detail oriented
