Duties

- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or direct sales, preferably in technology or related industries.
- Familiarity with territory sales strategies and market analysis techniques.
- Strong skills in upselling and conducting engaging product demos.
- Experience in inside sales is highly desirable, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in using software tools for customer relationship management (CRM) is essential.
