Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide excellent client service, addressing their tax-related questions and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Stay up to date on the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance for our clients.
• Collaborate with our team of accountants and tax professionals to maximize efficiency and ensure the smooth operation of the tax department.
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
• Proficiency in tax software CS Professional Suite (UltraTax, Workpapers CS, and File Cabinet) and Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA or EA certification is a plus).
