Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the market
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent strategic planning abilities
- Proficient in project management principles
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Stamford, CT 06905: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Stamford, CT 06905
