Job Description: Legacy Studios is seeking an experienced Professional Sales Representative in our K-12 portrait division. Special consideration will be given to candidates who have existing relationships with individual schools and school districts as well as alternate revenue streams in sports leagues, dance studios and other organizations that have a need for photography services. This is a full time position with excellent benefits available.
Base pay: Commission and performance based.
Your duties will include:
- Selling daily in your defined territory calling on all organizations who desire photographic services
- Identifying new school districts and individual schools through lead generation including in-person visits and cold calling
- Strengthening repeat business and increasing sales to existing customers
- Leveraging existing relationships with schools to bringing new accounts to Legacy Studios and drive revenue
- Preparing RFP proposals and contract negotiations
- Actively managing, maintaining and growing a dedicated sales territory
- Responsible for volume, revenue, and growth in your assigned territory
- Representing company at conferences and other marketing and/or sales events to maximize networking opportunities
The skills and experience required for this position include:
- The ability to build solid relationships with customers
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to close on a daily basis
- The ability to sell to prospects outside the school market that contract for photography services
- Experience with meeting sales goals and sales planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
