Job Description
LEHMAN LEASING is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic sales professional for our prime location on 441. We have dozens of COMMERCIAL, VANS AND TRUCKS in inventory. The ideal candidate must have great phone etiquette , clean presence , be able to post cars daily on social media, handle customer interaction (calls , text, email, visits ) , be self motivated to do customer follow ups, set appointments.
- Maintain a follow-up system and CRM
- Bi-lingual (Fluent in English & Spanish )
- Verify that customers are qualified for their wants, needs, and ability to buy.
- Gather all information for credit analysis
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate and test drive vehicles.
- Handle out of state customers accordingly
- Attend sales meetings as required
- Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services.
- Be polite and friendly and greet customers promptly. Consistently follow the outlined sales process.
- Handle customer complaints in a sensible manner by showing empathy and a pleasant attitude to show our commitment to excellent customer service and advise the correct department manager.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
