Field sales reps needed along with a Field Sales Manager for the entire state of Florida. We are looking for a sales manager who can head the entire sales department of our company and devise a plan to better market to the state of Florida.

Are you a determined, hard-working individual with a positive attitude? Do you have experience in appointment setting or sales, or are you willing to learn? If so, we want you to join our family at PROPERTY HEROES PRE LOSS PROTECTION, the inventors and patent pending holders of the pre loss protection report.

As a door-to-door appointment setter for PROPERTY HEROES PRE LOSS PROTECTION, you will help homeowners protect their home or property with a comprehensive and highly detailed inspection.

Our patented process utilizes the usage of the

Matterport 3s Lidar camera
Photo report completed by the assigned technician
A.I Autonomous drone roof inspection.

This gives the property owner the ability to virtually walk through the entire interior and exterior of their property (Roof included), which ultimately will help them in providing the insurance carrier the proof of the true condition of their home prior to a major loss. This will help the home owner not have their claim denied for Pre-existing damage, settlement issues, or improper maintenance. The average cost of inspection is $650 ($.24 per SF). Our salesman will collect $.02 per SF sold.

Each sale will get you between $40-$200 per residential home.

Roofing salesman encouraged and welcome!

We are looking for salesman who will canvass homes, businesses, etc. Realtor offices, Public Adjusters, Attorneys, Mortgage lenders, Insurance agents, etc will be a huge target for our sales team. You will be assigned a territory so there will be no overlapping of sales team members.

Many home owners will want to protect their home as most of us have had our claims denied due to one of the previous answers. This inspection will be completed yearly and will give the property owner all the ammo needed to prove any new damages that occur from a storm. This will be a "churn and burn" scenario. You will not be performing inspections so once you have signed the homeowner, you can now move on to the next home.

THIS IS A PATENT PENDING INSPECTION SO THERE WILL BE NO COMPETITION. WE ARE HELPING ROOFERS, PUBLIC ADJUSTERS, AND ATTORNEYS, BY GIVING THEM THE AMMO NEEDED TO ASSIST THEM IN GETTING THEIR CLIENTS CLAIM PAID ANS SETTLED AT A FAIR PRICE.
