Job description
We are seeking a Top Quality individual for an Inside Sales Representative position in our Odessa, Texas office for Industrial Sales of Filtration, Instrumentation, Valves, and other products related to the Industrial, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Refining markets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Salary can be negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers
- Communication - willing & able to communicate with all levels of management, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Accounting and Operations
- Order Entry, Quoting, Expediting, On Time Delivery
- Problem Solving
- Team Player
- Customer Service - Any additional activities as determined by the Company to improve our customer service
Qualifications
- Previous Industrial Sales experience a must
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Ability to grow relationships through phone & email
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
