- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Perform site evaluations and provide estimates to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop and deliver proposals.
- Maintain and manage a CRM database.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience in landscaping/hardscaping or related industries is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
