As an Inside Sales Representative at Wellfit Technologies, you will be a key player in driving our sales initiatives. This role demands robust engagement in direct sales activities, including cold calling and proactive outreach to potential clients. You will manage full sales cycles and effectively close deals, directly contributing to the company’s growth and success in the fintech space.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate cold calls and perform outbound sales activities to generate new leads and nurture existing prospects.
- Drive the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure, demonstrating a high level of diligence and initiative in managing sales cycles.
- Employ effective sales strategies and techniques to navigate complex sales dialogues and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts and leverage market trends for targeted sales campaigns.
- Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities, ensuring accurate management of client data and sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers, establishing Wellfit as a leader in the fintech sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role with a strong focus on cold calling and direct sales, demonstrating a consistent track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
