If you enjoy helping customers through their automotive repair journey and providing courteous and professional assistance to our customers, we likely have the right opportunity for you! We have an immediate opening for a talented team member with exceptional communication skills via telephone, email, text and video messaging to assist automotive owners with arranging visits to Robert DeNooyer Chevrolet in Holland, Michigan.
A typical workday would include assisting multiple customers with scheduling their service appointments over the phone, updating them when special order parts arrive, and generally helping the consumer have an easy and informed visit! You’ll be expected to spend most of your day on the telephone, talking with customers, scheduling appointments and providing status updates.
Your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package. Our need is for someone who would like a consistent schedule that will be scheduled consistently between 30-40 hours. We tend to have most of our call volume in the morning, so most of our flexibility would be towards a 7:30 am - 2:00 pm shift, but have capacity for a full 40 hours if preferred as well!
