About
The Global Revenue Management team is responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and optimize annual credit management strategy and goals.
2. Demonstrate expertise in scaling credit control work by upgrading methodology and collaborating with the system team for sustainable solutions.
3. Review and assess credit line applications, credit increase requests, and perform credit risk assessments promptly.
4. Conduct periodic credit line adjustment reviews and decrease credit lines as needed.
5. Proactively monitor, evaluate, and mitigate risks while escalating concerns to key stakeholders.
6. Maintain effective partnerships with Sales, Operations, and Finance departments, proposing system optimization requirements to align with business development changes.
7. Perform collection and bad debt reviews, collaborating with collection agencies and legal departments as necessary.
8. Respond quickly to emergencies and special cases.
9. Regularly provide AR and Credit reports to meet client and business needs. 10. Collaborate with the global credit control team on methodology discussions and cross-functional collection matters.
11. Complete other credit-related tasks as required by leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Experience in corporate credit risk management and familiarity with the digital advertising industry.
2. Sound judgment in complex financial situations and sharp professional sense in identifying financial risks and non-compliance.
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced and diversified environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
5. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Ideal candidates would have prior experience with high-risk clients and advertising agencies.
2. Good analytical skills and logical thinking ability, great sense of responsibility, good work habits, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $205168 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
