Role Overview:
The Sales Representative will create new business opportunities and secure new clients in janitorial services, bundled facility services and repair & maintenance services. You will have multiple avenues to secure customers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for building relationships with customers.
Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Present service information, features, and benefits to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure customer satisfaction and and performance of services
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or related field (Industry Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in account management, technical sales, or business development is a plus
