Salary: $150K-$180K Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE: Yr1 ~$200K, Yr2 ~$370K)
Bonus: Lucrative 1X bonus in year three if growth targets are met

VP of Sales (5+ Years RCM Sales Exp. Req.) – REMOTE Description
Our client in the healthcare RCM industry is looking for a VP of Sales to add to their team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business deals with hospitals or provider groups related to AI-based RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) technology and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services. This is a remote sales position where you can be based in any of these major markets: Dallas, New York Tri-State Area, Nashville & Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be a sales hunter at heart with a proven history in the healthcare industry selling RCM solutions; independently generating leads, building a pipeline, and closing new business. To be successful, you must thrive in autonomy, develop strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, and excel with consultative sales by resolving customer challenges via sales-based solutions. This is a great opportunity for a sales leader who is incentivized and fueled by the significant earning potential and competitive positioning of selling both AI RCM technology and BPO services.
VP of Sales (5+ Years RCM Sales Exp. Req.) – REMOTE Responsibilities
- Sell revenue cycle management & outsourcing services to hospitals or physician groups
- Research and identify high-potential sales targets
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client pain points and qualify opportunities
- Provide a consultative sales approach and suggest sales solutions tailored to customer needs
- Deliver compelling and customized presentations that speak directly to client challenges
- Negotiate terms and close multi-year business deals
- Leverage CRM (Salesforce) to track pipeline, forecast, and analyze sales strategies
- Travel to client sites as needed for demos or relationship-building
- Collaborate with Marketing/Customer Success teams, ensuring a smooth customer transition
- Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare executives across various decision-making levels

- 10+ years of healthcare sales experience is required
- 5+ years’ experience selling RCM solutions/services to hospitals or physician groups is required
- Proven history of independently hunting for sales leads & closing new business is required
- Ability to travel 30% within your sales territory (home state & surrounding states) is required
