Job Description
ECS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work in our Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the overall experience and success of each mission software team; oversees responsive support for help desk functions, monitoring and reporting of status to GPO and Mission Software stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer-facing support for LOE direct support personnel
- Manage onboarding process for new direct support personnel to Platform hosed Environments
- Manage onboarding LOE teams or external software application teams into all Platform host Environments
- Implement and execute incident management process in coordination with NOC and LOE teams
- Oversee management and support for platform-provisioned collaboration tools for 800 personnel in LOE and SPO
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform requirements are met
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success Management
- Secret Clearance
