What You’ll Do:
Promote franchise services in assigned territory through networking, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop our customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO® services and to sell the benefits. Monday – Friday 8-5 with occasional after hours for marketing events and rotational on-call schedule

Your Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses
- Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
- Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
- Build customer relationships through networking and support
- Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify key targets
- Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates
- Monitor and follow up on all jobs within territory, ensuring customer needs are met
- Provide President and Business Development Manager with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
- Assist with Marketing Event Coordination
- 2+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new digital programs/Apps
- Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience desired
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
