Are you an experienced sales professional ready to join a company that's reshaping the future of sales? AllCaps is hiring Account Executives who will play a pivotal role in our unique AI + Human sales offering. As the human element in our sales engine, you’ll take charge of full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals, working with clients to ensure their needs are met while leveraging AI to enhance your performance.

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, managing relationships, and closing deals for our clients across various industries. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant impact by driving revenue growth while working alongside cutting-edge AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the human counterpart to our AI-driven sales approach, blending personalized outreach with AI-driven insights and automation.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, nurturing leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and AI tools to ensure seamless integration of human and AI efforts in sales execution.
  • Utilize multiple channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and online meetings, to reach and engage potential clients.
  • Tailor sales strategies to each client’s specific needs, leveraging AI-generated insights to offer targeted solutions.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, adapting strategies to meet goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure client satisfaction, and create a lasting partnership with each customer.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools; experience using AI-driven tools to optimize sales performance is a bonus.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment with complex sales cycles.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $80,000
  • Commission: Up to $60,000, with total compensation reaching $140,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
