Kapella Roofing is a commercial roofing company based out of Centennial, CO is expanding and looking for a motivated commercial roofing business development professional to represent the company, develop business relationships and grow the company.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, engage with prospects, and sell commercial roofing services.
- Provide roofing and exterior assessments for commercial properties and provide the reports for our clients.
- Work with estimating team to generate the proposals when needed.
- Create compelling and engaging relationships with prospective clients and generate strong relationships with potential clients.
- Meet personal and team sales goals and targets.
- Manage sales pipeline properly within company CRM.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in acquiring new roofing business in a goal oriented sales environment.
- Flat and steep slope roofing system knowledge.
- Target-driven and result-focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous commercial roofing experience is a must.
- Must have a valid driver's license / clean driving record
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Commercial Roofing Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Roofing Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)
