Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and leveraging technology to enhance the sales process.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
  • Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
