Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced consultant with a minimum of 10 years in staffing sales and prospecting to provide guidance and expertise to our team. This as-needed consulting role will involve advising us on best practices, sales strategies, and prospecting techniques to enhance our business growth and customer acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Provide guidance on building a structured approach to sales in the staffing industry, focusing on long-term client acquisition and retention.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Advise on effective methods to identify, reach, and engage potential clients. Share insights on leveraging networks, referrals, and tools for prospecting.
- Sales Process Optimization: Review and recommend improvements to our existing sales processes, ensuring they are streamlined for conversion and client satisfaction.
- Market Insight and Trends: Offer insights on current trends, competitor strategies, and shifts within the staffing industry to help us stay competitive.
- Customer Relationship Management: Share best practices for nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and building a consistent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in staffing sales, with a strong background in prospecting and customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and sales growth within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitive positioning within the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to translate complex sales strategies into actionable steps.
- Availability to consult on an as-needed basis, with flexibility to respond to inquiries and provide advice promptly.
