Front Counter Sales Representative Automotive & Tires

Kal Tire is seeking a Full Time Front Counter Sales Representative to welcome our customers, respond to inquiries over the phone and via email, and help promote a fun, sales driven team environment.

You will provide service quotes, process sales transactions, and become a product and services expert while applying strong communication skills to make customers feel welcome at our new Airdrie, AB. location. Your positive mindset, sales & organizational skills, willingness to be cross-trained and customer first approach, will make you stand out and be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
• Answer incoming calls while handling customers inquiries, concerns, or questions.
• Proven ability in an inside sale and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
• Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotations.
• Efficient and detail orientated data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.
• Effective problem solving, planning, and organizing skills.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
• Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service, counter or inside sales role.
• Demonstrate understanding of the automotive or related industry, and aptitude for learning product knowledge.
• A Valid driver’s license.
• Strong personal commitment to health and safety.
