Summary/Objective:
This position focuses on business and data analysis to assess financial and business performance. It also provides application support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and related local systems, including interface management. The primary objective is to enable timely and accurate business decision-making and ensure seamless business operations. Responsibilities include managing ERP-related tickets and change requests, with a focus on prioritization, tracking, and escalation. This role achieves its objectives through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at both local and global levels.
Essential Functions and projects:
- Collaborates closely with business performance teams, with a focus on financials, accounting, pricing, costing, promotions, margin, profit, and related areas.
- Engages with internal and external local resources to support ERP and related systems.
- Actively participates in ERP implementations and change requests (CRs).
- Partners with business units to thoroughly understand processes, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Applies knowledge of business processes and core ERP functions to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Manages documentation and knowledge transfers effectively.
- Oversees change management and communication strategies.
- Maintains flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends, to support business and customer needs.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP, financial, and business performance analysis.
- Experience with INFOR CloudSuite is a plus.
- Strong skills on problem solving, data storytelling, attention to details
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to embedding quality into all work aspects.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with SQL for querying and managing data, with the ability to extract and analyze large datasets.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools for data analysis, trend forecast, storytelling.
Internal and External Contacts/Relationships
- Internal: Develop and maintain positive professional relationships team members (including contractors), all-level group colleagues including office and field personnel, executive team, customers and vendors.
- External: Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with contractors, vendors, 3rd party providers, customers via sales contacts

Physical Requirements:
- The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
