Our showroom boasts an impressive collection of furniture pieces that reflect sophistication, elegance, and functionality.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, understand their needs, and offer assistance in selecting the perfect furniture pieces to suit their preferences and living spaces.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our furniture collection, materials used, design principles, and features. Use this knowledge to guide customers through their options and help them make informed decisions.

Sales and Upselling: Actively engage customers to showcase the features and benefits of our furniture pieces. Demonstrate how our products can enhance their living spaces. Utilize your sales skills to upsell complementary items and complete the purchase.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up on inquiries and leads, providing personalized recommendations based on previous interactions.

Store Presentation: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom by arranging furniture displays, ensuring items are neatly organized, and creating an inviting ambiance for visitors.

Productivity Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the store's overall success.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for interior design and modern furniture trends.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
