We are currently seeking motivated individuals to convert internet shoppers into buyers and assist in growing our Service business with our brand new, state of the art Subaru Service facility. Our industry-leading program generates internet leads and converts those leads into qualified buyers using a top notch, phone based, sales process - NO COLD CALLING. This position is an opportunity for a sales professional to learn key sales process skills in one of the most dynamic and fastest growing areas … internet integrated selling.
Essential Functions: The position will focus on generating and nurturing leads, setting and confirming appointments, and supporting the sales team. It manages inbound and outbound communications, ensuring leads are engaged, qualified, and ready to meet with sales consultants. The BDC team updates CRM systems, tracks key performance metrics, and collaborates with marketing to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. The BDC boosts dealership efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales outcomes by providing timely information, answering inquiries, and building customer relationships,
Employment Type:This is a full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week.
Schedule/Hours: Varying schedule from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm during the week. Rotating Saturdays 8:00am to 4:00 pm.
Compensation: Base + bonus (NO TOP STOP). Our continued explosive growth will translate into future advancement opportunities for the right candidates.

Requirements:
College degree or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Extensive computer skills in MS Office applications, internet, and e-mail
Knowledge of automotive industry preferred (not necessary)
