Bilingual (Chinese or Korean Language) Account Manager - Asian Restaurant Industry

Job Description

An Asian food trading company in the Kent, WA area is looking for a Bilingual (English and Chinese or Korean) Sales Representative to join their international sales team. Most of their clients are Asian supermarkets, restaurants, and hotels, so we are looking for bilingual candidates. If you speak Chinese or Korean and you like meeting new people and trying new food and beverages from Asia, this position is a great fit for you!

The main responsibility for this position is to maintain great relationships with the clients (supermarkets and restaurants) and communicate with them about current market trends and promote new products.

We are currently reviewing associate level candidates (Minimum 2 Years of Previous Sales Experience) to experienced candidates for this position. The base salary will depend on your experience and background. This opportunity is a direct hired position with full benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance. Also, there will be sick day leaves and PTO, 401K and etc.

Responsibilities of Bilingual (English and Chinese or Korean) Account Manager:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Visit customer on-site for sales activities and maintaining business relationships
• Provide quotations containing terms and conditions to customers
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Analyze the territory/market potentials, track sales, and status reports
• Work with warehouse closely to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Deliver products to customers in case of emergency
• Create sales reports by using MS Excel and the company’s system and report to Direct Managers regarding customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Bilingual (English and Chinese or Korean) Account Manager:

• Fluent in English and any of following language : Chinese or Korean (Writing, Speaking, Reading manner)
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading) and negotiation skills
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
